This conversion from office to residential delivered a high-end scheme of 13 units near the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. We secured planning permission and built out the development for the owners, creating a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments plus a penthouse. The entire building was subsequently sold to a residential investor.
